The Biennale for Education Designers aimed to showcase Israel’s diverse and groundbreaking educational initiatives to educators, policymakers, and the public. The challenge was to translate hundreds of projects into a clear, engaging, and inspiring format – both as a research-based book and as a spatial live experience.

Concept
The concept was to design an “educational map” – a colorful, intuitive system for navigating pedagogical complexity. The book became a structured catalog, while the biennale translated it into a spatial journey, where visitors followed pathways, recognized icons and colors, and experienced the richness of the educational field.

Applications
The identity was applied across multiple formats: catalog book, outdoor signage, branded stairways, large-scale pillars, colorful ground graphics, banners, roll-ups, badges, digital materials, and full spatial navigation of the biennale.
Closing Thoughts
This project showed me how design can transform complex educational knowledge into an accessible and inspiring tool. I learned how visual systems shape the audience’s experience of knowledge, encouraging pride and motivating educators to continue creating.
